Contemplation & Meditation

Seated meditation, guided meditation, walking meditation, yoga as meditation, breathwork meditation, transcendental, and much more.

There are as many ways to meditate as there are people on the planet.

The focus on the inner life brings an awareness that grows as your practice deepens. We celebrate those who practice any form of meditation knowing it raises the individual vibration and because we are all one in Spirit it raises the collective vibration.

Contemplation can be a form of meditation too.

When we have a specific focus it can illuminate in our consciousness and we can experience clarity.  When we contemplate our place in the unlimited cosmos we can become aware of the infinite possibilities that life offers.  When we contemplate our willingness and openness we can experience being filled with the substance of the stars.  Facilitation is a wonderful gift and self-contemplation is also.  We encourage exploration, experimentation, and enjoyment when you meditate and contemplate this amazing life.

“What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters, compared to what lies within us.” ~Ralph Waldo Emerson
